Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. As a Senior Architect/Engineer, you will be the senior technical lead responsible for construction management oversight of the Chiller Plant System and Chilled and Condenser Water System Repair/Replace at the Miami VA Medical Center. You will ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives while serving as a subject matter expert to government stakeholders on all aspects of design and construction. This position is contingent upon the award of the contract, and the contract duration is one year with three option years.
