Job Description

Senior Architect Our architectural firm in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept development to final construction drawings
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure quality control
  • Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Note:
This position is open to foreign candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. English proficiency is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
