40+ years in business No layoffs due to workload—strategic, long-term hiring approach What You'll Do Lead and contribute to architectural projects from planning through construction documents Manage project programming, design development, and coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and project teams Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What You Bring Education & Licensing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university Licensed Architect (required) Experience 6-10 years of experience in: Planning & programming Project management Architectural design Proven experience across schematic design through construction documentation phases Technical Skills Proficiency in: AutoCAD and Revit Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design tools Core Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident presenter with the ability to speak in front of groups Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Who You Are You're a motivated, detail-oriented Architect who values stability, growth, and ownership .
