This role is based in our Honolulu, Hawaii office and is ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong foundation in design, documentation, and coordination within a collaborative team environment. You'll work with growing independence, contribute to project outcomes across multiple phases, and support both design quality and team performance. About

Key Responsibilities Contribute to design, documentation, and coordination across multiple project phases Prepare drawings and models for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation Apply knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods in project work Coordinate with internal team members and consultants on defined project components Support preparation of client presentations, including graphics, renderings, and diagrams Assist in construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and addenda Maintain quality, organization, and consistency in deliverables Provide guidance and support to junior staff Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Typically 4-8 years of professional experience Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred, but not required Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with additional design tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus Working knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and coordination practices Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
