What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our Commercial Studio. This studio is really a "catch-all" group supporting a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, municipal, K-12, industrial, and athletic projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to take ownership of both public and private projects from concept through construction. As the studio continues to grow and evolve, there is a clear path for advancement into Project Management or other leadership roles, along with the ability to directly influence the team's direction and success. Lead architectural design and documentation across a wide range of project types Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams Coordinate with internal disciplines (structural, civil, MEP, etc) and external consultants Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality/control standards Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and client communication Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships Mentor junior staff and contribute to team developmentRequirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Typically, at least 5-10+ years of professional experience in architecture Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred, but not required Strong experience with construction documents and technical detailing Proficiency in Revit is required Experience across multiple project types (public and private) strongly preferred Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processesWhat We Offer:
We are targeting a base salary of $80.000 to $105,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area. Medical insurance, including an HSA option Dental insurance Vision insurance Employer-paid life insuranceSTD & LTD A
