About this
Role:
Tresidio Homes is seeking an experienced and strategic Architecture Manager to lead our architectural design efforts. This person will oversee our internal architect and collaborate closely with the drafting team to develop innovative, buildable, and market-driven floor plans. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and process-driven—able to create beautiful homes while managing the complex flow of architectural projects from concept through estimating.Key Responsibilites:
Leadership & Management Lead our in-house Architecture team and coordinate closely with the Drafting Manager and Drafting team. Serve as the primary point of accountability for all new floor plan development and architectural updates. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Drafting, Purchasing, and product development teams. Floor Plan Development Collaborate with the Executive Team in the creation of new home designs from concept through handoff to Drafting. Ensure plans align with market trends, customer preferences, budget requirements, and construction feasibility. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align plans with target markets and community positioning. Assist the Sales Consultants in modifying existing plans to meet individual buyer needs. Contribute to the design of community amenities and special projects as needed. Project Management Establish and maintain schedules for floor plan design, drafting, and estimating workflows. Track progress and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of all architectural projects. Manage revisions and updates to plans with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Lead the internal Architectural Review process for in-house approvals Work with municipalities when necessary to better understand project requirements, setbacks, etc. Support escalated discussions with community Architectural Control Committees when necessary Structural Options & Innovation Develop structural options and plan variations in collaboration with the Architect and Estimating team. Maintain a clear catalog of available plan options to improve buyer flexibility and operational clarity.Qualifications:
5+ years of residential architecture or homebuilding design experience (production homebuilding experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional projects Strong working knowledge of residential drafting, structural design, and construction practices Proven ability to balance creativity with budget, feasibility, and operational execution. Proficiency in Revit Architecture; Architecture License not requiredCompensation:
This position includes a base salary and profit share. Base salary is DOE.Benefits:
