Custom residential and private school design are the firm's foundation. It is currently a mid-sized design studio located in a vibrant, open office in Boston's creative SOWA district. As a collaborative firm, each team member is essential to the success of the practice. Responsibilities + Skills Lead and coordinate architectural design processes, ensuring alignment with client goals, building codes, and industry standards. Manage and develop detailed construction documents using Revit. Manage multiple project schedules diligently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control throughout all phases of design and construction. Oversee construction administration activities including site visits, progress meetings, and resolving field issues. Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets; collaborate with contractors during negotiations to optimize project costs. Engage in business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and fostering client relationships to secure new projects. Coordinate with project teams on project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and contract administration.
