Architect Job Description Join a dynamic team working on construction documentation for the Eden Prairie school district's K12 school projects. This role involves utilizing Revit for detailed architectural design and construction documents. The ideal candidate will hold the position of a Project Architect or Project/Job Captain. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of three to develop construction documentation for K12 school projects in the Eden Prairie school district. Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural designs and construction documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with team members to maintain project schedules and deliverables. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit software. Experience in creating construction documents and detailing. Strong architectural design skills, including design development and schematic design. Experience with K12 school projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Project Architect or Project/Job Captain. Strong knowledge of architectural drawing and construction drawings. Work Environment The role involves working as part of a team of three within a larger office structure that includes two companies. The team is responsible for K12 school projects, with a focus on the Eden Prairie school district. The work primarily involves the use of Revit for construction documentation, and the office fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
