We're looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude and excellent organizational skills who seeks to thrive and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. Ideally, we are looking for a well-rounded architect with experience working in all project phases. A must have for this position is experience working on Development projects (e.g. Affordable or Market-rate Multi-family, Student or Senior Living and/or Mixed-use). Work with the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect in planning the layout of projects and in preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, and equipment. Coordinate with engineering team members to assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect with the integration of engineering systems into a unified design for client review and approval. Prepare complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit for architectural construction documents under the guidance of a Senior Project Architect and/or Project Manager. Coordinate the architectural Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project. Work closely with the project team to support the construction administration phase with responding to RFI's, submittal reviews, ASI's and PR's. Qualifications Four years college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-8 total years of related experience; 1-4 years as a licensed professional required. Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with team members. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the PM and SPA. Proficient in Revit, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite Compensation range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, or commensurate with experience.
