Job Description

Advantage Point Group, Inc. (APG) is looking to add a Project Architect to our team Facilities Engineering Design team in Saint Paul, MN. APG is a full-services engineering consulting firm that offers engineering solutions with a full comprehension of the planning, development, design and construction processes that need to be present in all projects starting back in 1983. Types of Projects:
Facilities Design, Offices, Labs, Data Centers and Industrial Plants Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design projects for commercial and industrial facilities. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with clients, design team, and stakeholders. Prepare construction documents and specifications. Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution. Mentor and guide junior staff. Stay updated on industry trends and codes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture. State of Minnesota Architect's License (NCARB preferred). 7-10 years architectural design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations. Why APG?
