Job Description

About Us Killeen Studio Architects is a design-driven firm working across a diverse mix of project types, including high-end residential (renovations and new construction), historic, commercial, hospitality, country club, and adaptive reuse. Position Overview We're seeking professionals to join our team in a hands-on role with immediate involvement in active projects across a range of sectors and phases. The ideal candidate brings both technical strength and design sensibility, and is comfortable managing everything from documentation and coordination to client interaction and team leadership. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate construction documents across project types Lead and contribute to design development and detailing Manage multiple projects simultaneously Coordinate with consultants and in-house team members Maintain clear communication with clients throughout project phases Ensure accuracy, quality control, and consistency across deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Strong experience in residential design and/or adaptive reuse Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and Adobe/3D visualization tools preferred) Strong background in construction documentation and drawing coordination Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Optional four-day work week (38-hour standard schedule) Professional development support Flexible, team-oriented work environment
