Job Overview We are seeking a Project Architect to lead the design and technical development of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values thoughtful design, and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish. You'll work closely with principals, project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated architecture across a range of project types.

Qualifications Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Design Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills Healthcare and/or Higher Education experience is desirable Ability to work in tandem with collaborative multi-disciplinary design teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate with senior architects and team leaders to program, plan, design, and administer building projects Develop conceptual plans, design studies, and presentation materials Produce and coordinate construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines Participate in client meetings and design presentations to ensure project goals are met Work with CAD/BIM staff to develop renderings and visualizations Ensure projects meet design intent, budget, schedule, and applicable codes Assist with research, selection, and coordination of materials and products Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
