$120,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Architect to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in architectural design and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project, from initial concept and design to final completion.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Architect, you will: 1. Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects. 2. Generate and manage detailed construction documents in compliance with building codes and industry standards. 3. Utilize Revit, AutoCad, Enscape, and other relevant software to create and modify architectural plans. 4. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet all goals, including timelines, budgets, and quality. 5. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met within the specified timeframe. 6. Implement LEED and other sustainable design principles into projects. 7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. 8. Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions. 9. Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and meeting notes. 10. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, pre-established standards, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably within the engineering industry. 3. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Enscape, and other relevant design software. 4. In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and LEED. 5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 7. An innovative mindset, with the ability to solve complex design issues with practical solutions. 8. Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
