Schedule:

Onsite, M-F 8-5 We are seeking a Project Architect to lead design efforts and manage projects from concept through construction. This role blends technical design expertise with project leadership-owning deliverables, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and manage medium-to-large projects across all phases
• Evaluate design solutions and ensure alignment with client goals and project requirements
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and ongoing communication efforts
• Review plans, reports, and technical work from internal teams and consultants
• Oversee renderings and visual presentations for client review
• Mentor junior architectural staff and support team development

Job Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in the US
• 3+ years of experience as an architect for commercial projects
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

Preferences:

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project management tools
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
