Job Description

Graduates on OPT will be considered Fast paced NYC Development and Construction firm located NYC/NJ specializing in Commercial and Multistory Apartment Constructions, seeks a Intermediate Project Architect- .This role involves being the primary contact for project teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and assisting in subcontractor bidding. Job requirements include ability to draft using AutoCAD, design.schematic layout ,assist in submittals, contract documents, and site survey. 3D renderings . Photo-Shop, Illustrator ,Revit skills are a plus.
