About the RoleThis role is ideal for an experienced Project Architect who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about design quality and project delivery. The position requires strong technical expertise, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to lead projects and teams from concept through completion. The successful candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating closely with designers, consultants, and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects through all phases, from design development through construction administrationDevelop, manage, and coordinate detailed REVIT models and construction document setsCollaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and constructabilityOversee and mentor project team members, promoting quality and collaborationServe as a primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholdersContribute to a variety of project types, including architectural and interior-focused workQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required)Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Architect or Project ManagerProfessional licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensureExpert-level proficiency in REVIT (required)Strong construction knowledge with hands-on experience in documentation and detailingCommercial construction experience preferred (steel, masonry, concrete)Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from design through constructionExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a self-directed, high-accountability studio environmentStrong commitment to design quality and technical precisionWhy Consider This OpportunityDesign-driven studio environmentExposure to a wide range of meaningful and well-crafted projectsSupportive, close-knit team cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsLocated in Reno, offering an exceptional balance of professional opportunity and lifestyle
