Job Description

Residential Architect/Drafter with Revit experience. All projects are completed in Revit from design development to construction documents, and the candidate must demonstrate strong Revit experience; having residential Revit experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
Perform existing condition site surveys Basic zoning research of local Long Island Jurisdictions. Understand single family residential construction Assist/ Lead production of design development and construction documentation. Must be organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills. Have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
Requirements:
Proven Revit Experience and can navigate Revit with little assistance. Able to develop detailed 3D models of residential structures. BArch (5 Year) or BS in Architecture (4 Year) preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. A willingness and desire to learn and grow professionally. Please provide a resume and professional samples completed in REVIT only.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
