Job Description

Senior Architect We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex architectural projects. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the field, as well as a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for various architectural projects, from initial concept to completion
  • Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer programs and manual drafting techniques
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and feedback on their work
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of experience working as an architect, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This is a full-time job based in Akron. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring accommodation.
