Project Architect Moody-Nolan, Inc. - 4.0 Philadelphia, PA Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Join Our Team If you're passionate about design and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead architectural design and documentation from concept to construction Oversee construction administration (submittals, RFIs) Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain project documentation and quality standards Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and constraints Partner with the Project Manager to deliver milestones on time and within budget Facilitate team communication and provide leadership, mentorship, and direction Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required) 8-10 years of experience Experience with large-scale projects (sports, entertainment, hospitality, or student facilities) Licensed Architect (may consider those close to licensure) Knowledge of codes, construction methods, and documentation processes Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication skills Why Moody Nolan?
