Architecture & Design Project Manager Confidential — Leading Hospitality Developer | Baltimore, MD Base + Performance Bonus One of the most respected Hospitality real estate development companies in the country is looking for an Architecture & Design Project Manager to join its corporate team in Baltimore. This is a high-visibility role working directly with ownership on the design and delivery of world-class restaurant, nightlife, and entertainment venues across the U.S. — from concept through construction close-out. You'll manage design consultants, review construction documents, track budgets and schedules, and serve as the owner's representative on active project sites. If you have a background in architecture or interior design, experience managing hospitality or entertainment projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment — this is your role. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required 5+ years in architecture PM, hospitality design, or owner's rep roles AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam) Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and travel to sites Experience with restaurant, hotel, or large-format entertainment venue projects strongly preferred Base salary - Full benefits- Hybrid role in office 3-4 days
