This role focuses on design, construction oversight, and modernization of federal facilities, supporting FSRM, MILCON, and other infrastructure programs. This is a high-impact role with flexibility for remote work, while contributing to mission-critical Air Force projects.
Job Status:
COA (Contingent on Award) What You'll Do Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications Perform code analysis (ADA/ABA, building standards, life safety) Lead/support design reviews and technical evaluations Assist with cost estimating (RSMeans, E4Clicks) Prepare Statements of Work (SOW/SoO) and project documentation Support construction administration and site inspections Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders Required Qualifications Degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited) Licensed Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent experience 10+ years of architecture/design/construction experience Proficiency in: AutoCAD SpecsIntact or similar Cost estimating tools (RSMeans, E4Clicks) Strong knowledge of construction documents and project delivery Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background investigation) Preferred Experience with federal or military facilities SCIF, higher education, or telecom projects Why Join Us Hybrid flexibility Work on mission-critical federal projects Competitive compensation Stable, long-term contract environment
