Architectural Job Captain Job Description We are seeking an Architectural Job Captain with 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Revit and have experience with construction documents and design. Responsibilities Develop and manage construction documents using Revit software. Collaborate on design development and schematic design phases. Assist in construction administration tasks and ensure project compliance with architectural standards. Work on institutional and residential projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit software. Experience in drafting and construction documents. Strong architectural design skills. Knowledge of construction administration and design development. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Excellent communication and time management skills. Experience with institutional projects. Work Environment The office is located in Providence, RI, and offers plenty of parking. Employees are required to be in the office 3-4 days per week, with flexibility after the training period. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.
