This Principal Architect opportunity is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the Tampa area, and offers the chance to step into a true leadership role where you will help shape the firm's long-term growth, standardize multifamily prototypes, and serve as a key partner in the business. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Principal Architect position include: 7+ years of professional architectural experience with required multifamily residential project experience, including designing or documenting apartment projects Registered Architect in Florida or another state with reciprocity eligibility, with strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction management practices Lead and manage multiple multifamily projects simultaneously in a fast-paced development environment Provide quality control oversight and direct internal teams without micromanagement Coordinate with municipalities, building departments, consultants, and community stakeholders, including variances and community meetings Help create and refine standardized multifamily building prototypes and drawing sets over time Mentor drafters and designers while overseeing team production, timelines, and deliverables Use Revit and AutoCAD to support project execution and documentation as needed

Salary :

$100,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
