Medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO What You'll Do Lead projects across SD, DD, CD, and CA Manage complex projects, including mission-critical and secure facilities Coordinate clients, consultants, and internal teams Oversee quality control, building codes, and regulatory reviews Mentor junior staff and support studio growth Contribute to proposals, interviews, and firmwide initiatives What You Bring NAAB-accredited B.Arch or M.Arch Licensed Architect 10+ years of experience with strong technical and leadership skills Expertise in Revit , construction documentation, and consultant coordination Experience in commercial, higher education, or mission-critical work Proficiency in Rhino/Grasshopper, Adobe CC, Enscape, Lumion, VRay, and O365 Work Environment Denver-based studio with 80+ professionals across Healthcare, Science + Tech, and Sports + Recreation Collaborative, design-driven culture backed by cutting-edge technology Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.  Paid time off totaling 15 days per year, accrued on a bi-weekly basis.  Nine paid company-designated holidays.  Participation under the firm's comprehensive medical and dental plans.  Optional vision coverage with either new frames or contact lenses once a year  Wellness Incentive of $50 per year.  One Pass Select - gym membership discount program Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Denver,CO.
