The Project Architect will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the production of architectural design work from schematic design to contract documents. The idea candidate has a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch-required), 8 yrs. of Project Architect experience and is comfortable designing assemblies and supervising a small team. Project Architect Responsibilities :

Assist with the development of architectural design and the preparation of construction documents including drawings and specification while collaborating with senior staff and supervising a small team. Communicate with clients, consultants, engineers, and vendors to ensure coordination of project requirements and collaborate if necessary. Responsible for product research and coordinating of technical aspects of the design of the project. Follow client or corporate standards for project production and review. Develop presentations, designs, and technical solutions through all phases of the project. Produce conceptual renderings for project and presentation purposes. Develop drawing sets issued for permitting, pricing, and construction during the construction document phase and review shop drawing submittals during the construction administration phase.

Project Architect Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters of Architecture required 8 yrs. Project Architect experience 5 yrs. Revit 5 yrs. CAD experience Excellent writing skills Adobe suite 5 yrs. SketchUp experience Must be open to 10% domestic travel

Project Architect Preferred :

Licensed Architect preferred (not required) Field construction experience #LS558
