Full Job Description Position Description:
The Project Architect/Designer is responsible for guiding clients through the design process while producing high quality construction documents. This role is fully responsible for multiple single-family projects concurrently while periodically providing support for multi-family and small commercial projects. At Haven, Project Architect/Designers work collaboratively with Construction professionals each and every day.
Responsibilities:
Be an Expert Guide to Clients by Leading Architecture Services. Due Diligence + Feasibility Studies. Conceptual Design. Construction Drawings + Selections. Construction Administration / Support. Understand, Communicate, and Ensure the Execution of Client's Values, Goals, and Vision for their project. Provide Clients with Timely, Accurate, and Helpful Information. Facilitating Bi-Weekly Client Meetings (w/ Agendas + Minutes). Creating + Managing Schedules (Gantts). Accurate Fee Tracking + Construction Budgeting Support. Consultant/Trade Partner Onboarding + Management. Collaborate Daily with Construction Project Team. Provide Support, Information, and Feedback to Construction Project Managers + Site Supervisors.
Requirements:
Professional Degree in Architecture. Strong understanding of Project Management. Highly Organized. Able to be a Confident and Capable Guide for Clients. Able to work within a Collaborative Team Environment. Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite.
