Job Description

Senior Architect / Senior Project Architect Los Angeles, CA A nationally recognized design practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing Los Angeles studio. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of large-scale commercial, workplace, mixed-use, and institutional projects while collaborating within a highly design-driven and multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent project leadership skills and a passion for design excellence. You will work closely with project teams from concept through construction, helping to drive quality, coordination, and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery. Develop and oversee comprehensive construction documentation packages. Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams. Ensure projects meet design intent, technical requirements, schedules, and budgets. Mentor and support junior staff members. Participate in client presentations and project meetings. Contribute to technical standards, quality control, and best practices across the studio. Qualifications Licensed Architect preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in architecture. Strong experience delivering complex commercial, workplace, mixed-use, higher education, civic, or institutional projects. Advanced Revit proficiency required. Excellent understanding of construction documentation, detailing, building systems, and consultant coordination. Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
