The candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal and external teams, client interactions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ability to lead the development of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality is essential. Key aspects of this position include client relationship management, exceptional communication skills, and overall organization. Responsibilities Oversee internal and external teams to ensure project success. Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication. Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Lead the development of projects from inception to completion. Essential Skills Project coordination Design Architecture Project management Experience with Revit and architectural design Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong background in architecture BIM and Revit experience is helpful PE certification is a bonus Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work opportunity. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
