Key Responsibilities Lead design vision and project execution across mid- to large-scale architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards Oversee and mentor multiple project teams, driving design excellence, coordination, and consistency throughout all phases of work Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships while serving as a trusted design leader and advisor Guide projects through concept, design development, and documentation while monitoring financial performance, staffing, and resource allocation Contribute to studio leadership, team development, business development initiatives, and a culture of design innovation and collaboration Skills and Experience 15+ years of architectural design experience with a strong focus on hospitality, resort, hotel, and mixed-use developments Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and delivering complex projects from concept through completion Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and hand sketching as a design communication tool Strong understanding of project delivery, design processes, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and project demands Benefits & Culture Join a globally respected, employee-owned design practice known for delivering award-winning hospitality and destination projects worldwide Collaborate within a multidisciplinary studio environment that values creativity, innovation, and technical excellence Access meaningful mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and long-term career growth pathways Work within a culture focused on sustainability, cultural authenticity, and creating lasting impact through design Flexible work environment that supports both in-person collaboration and hybrid work arrangements
