As part of our continued growth, we are seeking strong Project Managers/ Project Architects for Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare projects. Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities Project Managers lead the internal and external project team on varying project types through the research, planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration phases. PM's are responsible for meeting with clients, consultants, contractors, and city officials as needed and will lead the Quality Control of the project and ensure that all requirements are being met and implemented into the project documents. PM's are responsible for keeping their projects under budget and on schedule. Qualifications The Ideal candidate Is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast paced projects; Has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and has acute attention to detail while being thorough; Has a strong desire and ability to mentor other staff members; Will be a solid self-starter, proactive, a creative thinker and independent problem solver; Has + years of professional experience; Has experience in Commercial, Industrial, Technology, and/ or Life Science projects (clean room and lab experience preferred); Has strong Revit skills, BxP implementation experience is a plus; Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign or additional graphic skills are preferred; Understands construction detailing; Has construction knowledge and has worked with contractors; Has a thorough working knowledge with Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders; Has a thorough working knowledge of the CBC, Accessibility, and local codes. Has the ability to meet on-site and at client facilities Education Requirements The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in architecture or related field; Architectural Registration (or on track) is preferred.
