This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience delivering projects, particularly residential and multifamily developments , who thrive in a collaborative and design-focused environment. Our practice works across residential, healthcare, K-12, and higher education projects , while our development arm focuses on Design-Build opportunities , offering a unique platform to engage projects from concept through construction. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about design, technically skilled, and capable of leading projects while contributing innovative ideas that elevate the work. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from design through construction administration Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success Develop and oversee construction documents and BIM models Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Support client communication and project presentations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the U.S. Strong experience in project management and construction administration Experience with multifamily residential projects (preferred) Proficiency in BIM software (ArchiCAD required) Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Arizona Architectural License preferred
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
9-hour shifts
