About Us Rowse Architects is an Architectural Firm in East Providence, RI. We are professional, supportive, collaborative and our goal is to provide the best service possible to our clients in a broad range of markets including K-12 Education, Higher Ed, Municipal, Federal, and Public Housing. !!

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an motivated Job Captain to join our East Providence, RI office with responsibilities including design and documentation for a broad range of project types, including K-12 Education, Higher Ed, Municipal, Federal, and Public Housing.- Architectural design
- Researching products and materials
- Writing specifications
- Coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings
- Problem-Solving at all stages of design
- Delegating tasks to other staff members as appropriate
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Architecture or a related field, or MS/MA in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and skilled in commercial or institutional construction documentation, and a good understanding of contract document constructability.
