Full Job Description High Level Architect Charleston, SC Salary:

$90,000 - $135,000+ (Depending on experience)

Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Bonuses Overview We are seeking an experienced Architect to take a leadership role within a collaborative design team in Charleston, SC . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through construction , leading design efforts, and working closely with clients and project teams. You will play a key role in driving architectural design, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process , developing conceptual ideas into detailed plans Produce high quality construction documents and design drawings Coordinate project schedules and manage timelines across project phases Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to align project goals Oversee construction administration , including site visits and quality control Ensure projects meet building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory standards Utilize Bluebeam and other tools for document review and project coordination Assist with project proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives Software & Tools Experience with architectural design software including: AutoCAD Revit Rhino 3D Grasshopper 3D ArchiCAD SketchUp Bluebeam Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture 5+ years of professional architectural experience Proven experience leading projects through design and construction phases Strong understanding of construction documentation and project management Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders Why This Role?
