Your Role with the
Company:
As Lead Architect, you will drive the company's architectural vision during a pivotal growth period. You'll guide clients from concept through final plans, collaborate with sales, design, engineering, and estimating teams, and ensure creative designs align with structural requirements, budgets, and permitting standards. You will influence the direction of many custom homes each year while maintaining compliance with local codes, review boards, and historical guidelines. This role is ideal for an architect who thrives in a creative, client-focused environment and wants to shape both customer experience and the company's evolving design portfolio, with long-term opportunities to expand architectural leadership across affiliated companies.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
