Job Description

Lead the delivery of thoughtful, high-performance design from concept through construction. As a Project Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping both the technical execution and overall success of complex architectural projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, guide emerging professionals, and ensure that design intent is carried through every phase. This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence project outcomes, and contribute to meaningful environments while growing as a design and technical leader. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and coordination of architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents. Oversee internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and alignment with project goals. Partner with Project Managers to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables while maintaining project momentum. Support construction phase services including submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and client/contractor coordination. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and jurisdictional requirements across all project phases. Skills and Experience Strong technical expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and building systems. Proven leadership experience guiding project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants. Advanced knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration. Proficiency in Revit; experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred. Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and 8+ years of relevant experience, including education projects.
