The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, as well as proficiency in various architectural software tools. The Project Architect will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities Lead the design process for architectural projects, from initial concept through to final construction. Draft detailed architectural plans and specifications using software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations. Coordinate with construction management teams to oversee the renovation and building processes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications willing to travel. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure as an architect is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in architectural software including Bluebeam and AutoCAD Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in design documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Bilingual preferred
