Senior architectural design role leading industrial facility projects, code-compliant design development, and small architectural teams across multiple states. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited architectural program Professional architectural license with ability to obtain licensure in multiple states At least 8 years of professional architectural design experience Expert-level proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities Understanding of scope development, budgeting, and schedule review Project management experience Ability to lead small architectural teams Acceptable motor vehicle record for rental car travel Preferred Skills Master's degree in Architecture Experience designing data centers Experience designing industrial manufacturing facilities Multi-state licensure experience Experience coordinating architectural work across multiple teams Job Responsibilities Lead architectural design for industrial facility projects Develop design documents using Revit and related project software Apply building codes and regulatory requirements to project designs Define project scopes of work Develop and review project budgets Review and monitor project schedules Manage architectural project activities and deliverables Lead and coordinate small architectural teams Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout project execution Travel as needed to support project and site requirements
