Job Description
Senior Project Architect XA Collective is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Project Architect ready to lead, innovate, and help shape the future of our growing firm. We are a full-service architecture and planning firm based in San Antonio. We work across Texas and nationwide in healthcare, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and development projects. Our work is contemporary, purposeful, and grounded in technical excellence. If you are self-motivated, eager to grow, and ready to push the boundaries of design while taking ownership of project delivery, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Lead and manage diverse projects from concept through construction administration Serve as the technical lead from concept through construction Coordinate consultants and oversee drawing quality control Collaborate with designers, project managers, and firm leadership to deliver forward-thinking spaces Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring ambitious ideas to life Manage schedules, documentation standards, and project execution Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to a culture of growth and accountability Participate in site visits and client meetings across Texas and the U.S. Who You Are 10+ years of professional experience in architecture Licensed Architect (preferred, not required) Strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and Office 365 proficiency expected) Deep understanding of building codes, consultant coordination, and construction methods Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining design and technical excellence A confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills A self-starter excited to grow with a rising firm poised to shape the next generation of architecture Our Culture At XA Collective, leadership means leading by example.
