Current Opening:

Healthcare Project Architect Full-Time Position Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of architectural experience At least 3 years specializing in healthcare design Professional licensure and an M.Arch degree (or equivalent) Strong proficiency in Revit Role Responsibilities The Project Architect will: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors Translate project goals into well‑considered architectural design solutions Lead, coordinate, and document project designs for permitting and construction Produce detailed architectural drawings for permit and construction phases Provide ongoing design direction and coordination during active construction Candidate Expectations Ideal candidates will bring: Direct experience in healthcare design Expertise in Revit and design documentation Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients A commitment to continuous learning and professional development The ability to self‑direct, prioritize, and take ownership of project tasks What Our Client Offers The compensation and benefits package includes: Annual salary range: $80,000•95,000 (based on experience and skill set) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) matching Comprehensive PTO , including: Vacation, holidays, and personal wellness time Parental leave Year‑end holiday office closure Half‑day Fridays and flexible work scheduling If you're seeking meaningful work, career growth, and hands‑on involvement in all phases of design, this opportunity offers a strong foundation for advancement.
