QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies 3-5 yrs experience in an architectural office setting Experience in all phases of project development Experience with the permitting process Familiar with the Energy Code and

IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA

Standards for accessible design. Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment Interest in pursuing Architectural licensure preferred Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred Experience using 3-D and graphic software design tools Interpersonal skills Design and graphic skills Problem-solving skills Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance and have reliable transportation to facilitate a full time, in-office work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all phases of project development from Design through Construction Administration Assist Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines
