What You'll Do Lead residential design projects from concept through construction drawing Creating existing + proposed plans in Chief Architect Working directly with Remodel Consultants and Production to make sure plans make sense in the field Producing construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, details) Helping guide projects from concept through permit and into build Occasionally walking job sites to see your work come to life Create accurate existing and proposed plans using Chief Architect Review and approve drawings for accuracy and buildability Assist with permitting and ensure plans meet code requirements Maintain organized project files and documentation Who This Is a Good Fit For You have experience in residential design, drafting, or architecture You understand how homes are actually built (or are eager to learn fast) You're detail-oriented (like… you notice when something is off by ½ inch) You can manage multiple projects without things slipping through the cracks You communicate well Bonus points for: Remodeling or design-build experience Permitting/code knowledge 3D rendering skills Chief Architect experience
