Asphalt Crew Member

The Asphalt Crew Member supports daily pavement maintenance operations on commercial and residential roadway projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where team members work alongside experienced crew leaders to perform a variety of asphalt maintenance tasks that support successful project execution. • Hands-on asphalt maintenance or construction labor experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
