Roughly a hundred days a year over 100 degrees. Site work that starts before dawn and still cooks the crew by 9am. Summers spent moving from one air-conditioned box to the next. Flagstaff runs about 25 to 30 degrees cooler, sits at 7,000 feet in pine forest, and gets four actual seasons. Same career. Different life. • Superintendent experience on ground-up hospital or commercial builds
• Healthcare (ICRA, infection control, occupied-facility) experience preferred
• Strong command of CPM scheduling, site safety, and subcontractor coordination
