Asphalt & Sealcoat Worker

We are looking to expand! This position involves working on asphalt and sealcoating projects in & around the South Lake Tahoe area, with a focus on excellence no matter the job.

Duties:

Asphalt paving-related tasks such as removal, grading, laying, compacting asphalt Light and heavy machine operation including tractors, small and large trucks, excavators, and compaction plates Driving of various work vehicles with trailers of varying lengths Sealcoat-related tasks such as detailed cleaning, crackfill application, sealcoat pouring, and paint striping Other support tasks involved in the building and maintaining roads, driveways, and parking lots

Must-have Qualifications:

Located in the South Lake Tahoe basin (applicants living more than 25 minutes from our yard in SLT will need to provide additional proof via references that they are able and willing to make the commute on a daily basis. Dependability is the cornerstone of our excellent operations) Show up on time with a willingness to learn Work style with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail Valid driver's license Knowledge of construction & construction processes preferred This position offers the opportunity to work on a lot of different projects in the South Lake Tahoe area, in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
