This Superintendent role will support paving projects in our Southwest Florida region , to include the following counties: Sarasota County, Charlotte County, Collier County, Lee County, and Desoto County . What You'll Do Ensure the safety of crew members and the public at all times Train and mentor asphalt foremen and crew members Plan and coordinate logistics, including truck scheduling and material flow Visit job sites to monitor progress, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with contracts Direct and coordinate crew activities to meet or exceed production goals Track time, materials, and costs, preparing accurate reports and adjusting schedules as needed Uphold company policies while recommending improvements in methods, equipment, and crew performance Supervise multiple crews, fostering teamwork and accountability What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years of asphalt/paving experience (or equivalent training).
