Job Description

Asphalt Paving Superintendent An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. If you know how to lead a team and treat people well we would like to talk with you. Asphalt Paving Superintendent 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred Train and mentor foreman and crew members Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Relocation assistance available
