Our current staff is friendly and hardworking, with a strong focus to team work. Certain jobs will require overnight travel to complete the work. We work a lot of hours; 45 hours is a short week for us, typically upwards of 50 hours each week (we do pay OT!). Job duties:

We perform paint striping, sealcoating, and thermoplastic. At times other crews will need help with these tasks also. There's plenty of room for advancement in our small yet fast-growing company. Experience with thermoplastic and/or layout is a plus.

Schedule:

8-10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Duties Apply pavement markings using specialized striping equipment with precision and attention to detail. Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine inspections and minor repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocol.
