Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Asphalt Laborer and be at the forefront of paving and repairing projects that transform communities! In this energetic role, you will assist with asphalt installation, equipment operation, and site preparation to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality paving and repairing operations. Your hands-on contribution will help build parking lots, and Driveways that stand the test of time. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation and construction while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellence. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare surfaces for paving Support asphalt paving and repairs activities by spreading and leveling asphalt using appropriate tools and machinery Locate underground utilities accurately before excavation or paving work begins to prevent damage or accidents Help with the loading and unloading of materials using loaders and other heavy equipment Follow all safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members Skills Knowledge of asphalt paving and repairing processes and construction site procedures Familiarity with construction site safety standards and practices Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in heavy equipment operation and paving techniques Embark on a career where your energy fuels impactful projects!
