We are currently hiring for the following positions: Superintendents Maintenance Superintendents Foremen Leadmen Mechanics CDL Drivers Equipment Operators General Laborers Office Assistant See below for more information about each position. Superintendent Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.Responsibilities:
Manage crews, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with clients and subcontractors Enforce safety and quality standardsRequirements:
5+ years in construction leadership Strong communication and organizational skills Maintenance Superintendent Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
Schedule and supervise repairs Implement preventive maintenance programs Manage maintenance staff and inventoryRequirements:
5+ years in maintenance leadership Technical knowledge of mechanical systems Foreman Hands-on leadership role guiding crews and ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:
Supervise laborers and operators Monitor progress and enforce safety Communicate with project leadershipRequirements:
3+ years of field experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Leadman Support the Foreman in managing crews and performing skilled labor.Responsibilities:

2+ years of construction experience Reliable and hardworking Mechanic Maintain and repair heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure peak performance.Responsibilities:
Diagnose and fix mechanical issues Perform routine maintenance Keep service records and respond to field callsRequirements:
Experience with diesel engines and hydraulics CDL preferred but not required CDL Driver Transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently across job sites.Responsibilities:
Operate dump trucks, water trucks, and other vehicles Perform pre-trip inspections Maintain logs and follow DOT regulationsRequirements:
