Asphalt Paving Machine Operator Treasure Valley Chip Seal is looking for a reliable and experienced Asphalt Paving Machine Operator to join our crew! We specialize in chip seal and asphalt paving projects, and we take pride in quality work and a strong team environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently (asphalt pavers, rollers, loaders, etc.) Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily maintenance of equipment Work as part of a crew to complete paving and chip seal projects on time and to spec Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site

Requirements:

Previous experience operating paving equipment (2 Years) Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Commitment to teamwork and safety
